I'm a local Portland Mama who decided to harness my creative brain, culinary passion and perfectionist tendencies to start a bakery! I bring the same high standards to my work as in my own kitchen. I favor whole, real ingredients, and never use chemical additives or artificial flavors or food dyes. If I wouldn't want my kiddos eating it, I don't want yours to either.

I feel strongly that our individual actions impact the world we live in, and therefore I'm committed to applying zero waste principles in my baking. I also love utilizing products by our amazing Portland food makers to deliver a finished product with a local focus and low carbon footprint.

I enjoy designing creative treats that are visually stunning, but it's important to me that style never outshines substance. If a cake doesn't taste good, what good is it?
